So, the A/C fuse under the hood blew three times causing the front A/C to not work at all, while the rear A/C is still blowing nice and cold. Now, the front A/C popped, and the new fuse is not working. I checked all other A/C fuses to make sure it was not one of them to no avail.

Also, about 2 years ago I replaced the front A/C blower. This current issue began on the first half of December 2024.

It sounds like you have a defective blower unit which unless you have an OEM unit is common. I would try swapping it out again. There is on the front blower motor on that circuit fyi. Let me know how it goes.

That is what I also think. I bought a new blower as the wire has voltage. Should receive it tomorrow.

It is replaced and working. I replaced it a year and a half ago and had the fuse issue this year which was connected to a bad battery connection after thinking about it. I was offshore when the fuse issue happened a few times and forgot what the situation was when first contacting you. I also fixed the battery terminal issue.
