Hello,
It sounds like the control head could be out. To be sure lets check the fuses that run the system first. Here is a guide to help us with the fuse locations and the blower motor wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works and which fuses to check:

If all fuses are okay a CAN scan will help find a trouble codes for us.
