A/C and heat stays on the windshield . Digital controls shows changing when I move to floor or to front controls.

try pulling HVAC fuse inside truck for sixty seconds with key on then reinstall. it may reset actuator, if not the actuator may be bad make sure your cable is not the problem and is moving control it is on drivers side. see picture the floor duct needs to be removed first.
