A/C compressor stopped working?

Mechanic friend checked pressure, which it still has (FYI, it tastes and smells gross!). Not sure if the relay is not working or if there is an issue with the compressor. We are both researching the internet and I came to my go to spot for car questions.

Good to hear. The first thing we need to do is see if the compressor clutch is getting power with the system on.

Here are the AC system wiring diagrams so you can see which fuses to check for power as well. Also, it will show which wire to check for the compressor and how the system works.
