Air Temperature Actuator Replacement - Right Side

Removal Procedure

1. Remove the blower motor control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement (See: Control Module HVAC > Removal and Replacement > Blower Motor Control Module Replacement) .

2. Remove the right air temperature actuator screws (1).

3. Remove the right air temperature actuator.
4. Disconnect the right air temperature actuator electrical connector.



Installation Procedure

1. Connect the right air temperature actuator electrical connector.

2. Install the right air temperature actuator.

Notice: Refer to Fastener Notice (See: Vehicle > Vehicle Damage Warnings > Fastener Notice) .

3. Install the right air temperature actuator screws (1).

Tighten the screws to 1 N.m (9 lb in).

4. Install the blower motor control module. Refer to Blower Motor Control Module Replacement (See: Control Module HVAC > Removal and Replacement > Blower Motor Control Module Replacement) .
