A/C Blowing hot or cold?

When the outside air is cool/cold, the A/C blows cold. But, as the outside air heats up the A/C heats up also.

It sounds like it isn't working at all. With the engine running, turn the A/C on. Do you hear a click from the A/C compressor indicating it has engaged? Let me know that.
