Hello, i have replaced the compressor, condenser, accumulator. system held a perfect vacuum for 2 hours. it is 93 degrees ambient temperature today here in Chicago. system seem to charge properly. 45 to 50 suction and 220 to 225 high side. still blowing hot air.vehicle has driver passenger temperature controls both sides are blowing hot. When i shut the car off the system does equalize on a gauge manifold set.so i don't think it is the TXV. I have some knowledge in these repairs.I do residential and commercial HVAC. My name is Dave.I would appreciate any help. thanks

Good afternoon,

The low side is the problem. 45 to 50 is way too much. It is flooding the evaporator and the Freon does not have a chance to absorb the heat.

The low side should be 25-30 pounds and should stay rock solid.

The high side is a little high but okay. It should be 2 times ambient temperature plus 15%.

You need an expansion valve. It is stuck partially open. It opens all the way when you turn it off but should regulate the low side pressure to 25 to 30 max.
