how do I install the A/C belt?

Could you please tell me how to put my A/C belt on? Also, the left front sits a little lower than it should. I get up to 55 MPH and it will vibrate. I've had frontend alignment and new tires, and it hasn't stopped the vibration. Thanks guys.
