A/C Air flow

A/C cools fine.
When placed in "vent" position cold air comes out from heater position, not the dash vent. Is this the "blend door actuator" not working properly, and if so where is the "blend door actuator" located?

yes this sounds like a blend door actuator problem. Here is a guide and some diagrams (below) to help you get the part changed out.
