A/C comes on by itself, switches temperature, switches from low to high. I turn it off it comes back on. help

It sounds like the A/C programmer has gone out not allowing the system to be turned off. Here is its location so you can change it out. I would try to find a used one to save money. You can get a new one from Amazon.
