A/C does not work on driver side?

A/C do not work on the driver's side. blows hot air. The passenger side blows cold air. I do not know where the door actuator is located. can you please help?

They call it a cold are flap, it is on the driver's side down low near the gas pedal. Check out the images (below). Please upload pictures or videos in your response to any problems so we can see what to help you with.
