Slow to accelerate

Hi, i just bought the car listed above. When I drive it I have the pedal all the way to the floor and my rpm's barely go past 1000. At idle it registers zero. And also it accelerates super slow, takes me about four seconds to get to thirty mph with the gas pedal fully pressed down. Need help please!

Start with a full tune up. check fuel pressure and replace fuel filter, check for codes. report back when this is done with any improvements it has made.
