You need the exact replacement for the car. You cannot adapt any other TPS.

I attached the sensor for your car from Rock Auto.

two throttle body sensors, can you upload an image? I am not sure what you are talking about. A 1998 throttle sensor will not interchange with a 2006 if that's what you are asking.

Thank you, Mechanic said, my 2006 Honda Accord has 2 Throttle Body Sensors, & guessed wrong, when replacing one. Turned out, it is the other TBS needing replacement. I had seen online that they are 'interchangeable,' that the 'good' one they chose to replace, could have been used in the bad TBS? Is this true?
