no sound from the CD receiver?

Looking for replacement or fix. There is no sound from the CD receiver. There is power but no buttons function. Bought a replacement amplifier but the same deal. Any suggestions. Replace the unit for an android unit? 86120 53F60

What is 86120 53F60? It is hard to tell what you talking about can you give me more details? Did you check the fuses # RAD3 and ACC fuse on the right side of the dash, also the RAD2 fuse under the hood at the rear of the engine compartment? This guide can help
