Will not go over 80 mph

I looked into it only thing I can find is some magnetic balancing. it does need new shocks and struts, but I also got it with a long long wire running from the rear shock to the other rear shock for I have no clue what reason!

Hi Kade, seems like you have two different problems here. one is low-power and the other one is for your ride control. so we'll handle the low power on this one but please make a new question for the link below first thing when you do scan for codes follow this guide:
