70 plus MPH there is shaking/vibration/shimmy

I have replaced rotors (all 4), replaced front wheel hub assemblies, had tires balanced and rotated and an alignment. Once I reach 70 MPH it experiences mild shaking/vibration very similar to tires out of balance, but it's not that. What else could be the cause? Thank you in advance!

It sounds like you need lower ball joints or tie rod ends. do this: jack the front of the car up just enough to take the weight off but allowing the tires to still touch the ground. then move the front wheel back and forth up and down to see which is loose. these guides can help us:
