5.3 cylinder head installation

Hi I’m changing the cylinder heads on 2003 Chevy Silverado 1500. 706 heads came off my truck. I’ve got a good deal on brand one new 706 cylinder head. Is it ok if one of the cylinder head is new and the other is rebuilt. Will that effect engine or is it ok?
