4x4 switch no longer has power,does not light up after using it all day, fuse is good stumped

used 4x4 all day in snow storm n at the end of the day when i returned home on longer is lit and usually you hear relay of some sort clicking ,now nothing

see if power goes through relay or if relay is bad see pic. then see if brown wire on transferer case is getting power. Check out the images (below). Let us know how it goes
