4x4, A/C, cruise control not engaging

OTF 4x4 switch not responding. No 4x4 indication on dash.
Cruise control buttons not responding, no indication on dash.
A/C compressor not engaging, A/C icon is "on" on control module.
All fuses/relays are good.
Are these interconnected somehow?
Any ideas for any?

The Excursion's are notorious for having bad central junction boxes (interior fuse box). Check the light blue with black wire that receives power from fuse 2.34. If there is no voltage there with the key on, you have an issue with the fuse box. I have illustrated the power distribution diagram for fuse 2.34 to help you out.
