Is it shifting between 4 lo and 2 hi? If not, have you checked for issues at the actuator on the transfer case? Is the front axle actuator working?

Let me know.

Yes it shifts from low to hi but only low works and the light also works, but not in hi. I can hear the actuator engage in low and not hi. I drove in 4wd low work grade.

Hi,

Was this an issue prior to replacement of the actuator? When you say actuator, exactly what part are you referring to? If you are getting power for 4 low, you should get it for 4 high unless the switch itself is bad.

Let me know.

No, the brown wire is power. See if there is power to it when you select 4hi.
