After replacing solenoid pack vehicle will not move

42rle transmission. Replaced solenoid pack and now won't move and have to bypass relay to start.

Were there any codes stored in the system for you to replace the solenoid pack?
Did it remove before the replacement?

Yes, it was the code for faulty shift solenoid.
Yes moved, but once warm if it down shifted on a hill wouldn't shift back up.
Yes, did a fluid (ATF +4) as service manual said, also filter and pan gasket.
