Four wheel drive does not work

Hi and thanks for using 2CarPros.

First, does this have the electric shift 4wd or is it a mechanical lever? The problem can be a few things. First, the front axle has an actuator as well as the transfer case, if it is electric.

I need to know which direction to go, mechanical or electric shift 4wd. If it is electric, check fuse number 19 in the in vehicle fuse panel. See pictures.
