4 new fuel pumps still no fuel at rail. Pump's not working.

This is a 1994 Chevy S10 Blazer V 6 4.3 four wheel drive with W in the Vin. Put a new fuel pump in about a year ago and it ran fine. Now it Quit running. So I thought it must be the fuel pump, installed a new pump and it ran for 5 days then quit again. Since then I have put 3 Pumps in. (even changed Brands of fuel Pumps) Still no Fuel at the fuel Rail. I have power at the plug for about 2 seconds 12.85 volts. Ground is good from frame to body. Checked fuel relays they click when key is turned. Checked ignition module, check out good. Map sensor gets power and has resistance. It will fire with starting fluid. Help Please! Working out side In the snow is no fun.

what is fuel pressure? if tbi 9-11 psi. it may be a blockage in line like a fuel filter or blocked return line.

No Pump Pressure. Pump Will not Not Engage to create pressure.

This all sound Good. However If pump is not working how can these things be tested

Loss For words so Am I. The only Thing I have not done is replace the pigtail to the pump, but if I am getting power why replace it.

it's to test to see if power is going to pump and other things on your system if no spark no fuel is working just do the step by step which I sent if you want to get it running

I Get Spark It Will fire If I Spray Starting Fluid Down Throttle Body.

what I sent you is basic instructions on how to test for no fuel pump power as well as why tbi may not be working.
