After installing a 3-inch lift kit when we put the vehicle on the lift the wheels will not turn?

We put a 3-inch lift kit into this vehicle, new struts, shocks CV shafts, with the vehicle on the ground there doesn't appear to be any issues, but when put on a lift, the front tires are locked up, cannot turn them at all. do we need longer struts, or what's going on? Also, should we put on longer shocks?

Hi,

The struts shouldn't prevent the wheel from turning. Are the new axles you used a different length? When the vehicle is lifted, is anything hitting such as an axle hitting the cradle?
