This van is a welfare van and there is a double plug socket in the rear but it’s not working and neither is the microwave which is hard wired. 240 socket.

It sounds like you blew a fuse or a relay is not working. here are two guides to help you test the fuses and relay with the fuse and relay location with the power distribution wiring diagrams so you can see how the system works:
