all service lights on dashboard went on briefly?

I drove the car for around 10 minutes and then the gas pedal went all the way down to floor and all service lights on dashboard went on briefly. I parked my car in the parking lot of a stores. I tried turning the car on and it wouldn't start. battery is good but it won't start engine. I hear multiple clicking noises when trying to start the engine. There's plenty of fuel and plenty of engine oil in vehicle.

When you say it will not start do you mean the engine is cranking but not starting or is the engine not cranking (starter not working). If you upload a short video of the problem, I can help better. If the engine is not cranking over it sounds like the battery shorted out. I would remove it and take it to the auto parts store for testing.
