Where is the Coolant Sensor located and how to replace it?

Need guidance in finding the exact location for the coolant sensor and the steps for where the plug is that I need to remove to drain the coolant. I need to change the sensor and would prefer to do it myself. So if there are step by step instructions that might also help. Thank you.
