Hi I'm making my own atv .. I used a 4 port maruti 800 master cylinder and brake callipers of Royal Enfield and TVS Apache .. 2 Enfield and 2 Apache .. We are not using a brake booster the brake lines are directly connected from the master cylinder to the calliper .. The problem is that while bleeding I get pretty good pressure but the brake does not lock when the car is moving

First, we only deal with OEM type repairs. This is not something that I normally answer. However, you have me interested in what you are doing.

What do you mean by lock? Do you mean skid or not work at all? As far as running directly from the MC to a caliper, there is no regulation of pressure. It should be run through a proportioning valve to distribute pressure where it's needed.

By lock I mean when the car is moving. And why do I need to use a proportioning valve because I connected the 2 higher pressure ports to the front brakes and the lower 2 ones to the rear brakes to make a '"H" type of connection

Okay, by lock you mean when it's moving. What happens? Do the wheels skid?

As far as a proportioning valve, that is what regulates pressure to the wheels. You are running full pressure all the time. In my mind, that would make the wheels lock up and skid.

i connected the two front ports to the front two front wheels and the two rear ports to the rear wheels.
i raised all the wheels in air and rotate all the four wheels,
During braking the front two wheels get completely locked but the two rear wheels get braked but if we try to rotate the rear wheels in the same braking condition the wheels slip on it but this does not happens in case if front wheels.
Please suggest me a propoer solution
