The low beams not turning on?

The low beams on both headlights are not turning on. The bulbs are new, and the fuses are good. However, no power goes to fuses or to the headlight socket. The headlight switch attached to the steering column was replaced as well. All other lights including high beams, turn signals, hazards and fog lights are working. I'm thinking it could be a relay, but I don't see a relay for the headlights on the fuse panel under the hood. What else I'm I missing?

Hi,

There are two fuses and a relay. For the fuses to have power, the relay needs to be actuated.

Note: Fuse 51 left low beam fuse 52 right low beam.

According to the wiring schematic, there is a low-beam relay. However, I don't have a layout of the intelligent power distribution module (IPDM) under the hood. I attached two pics below showing the wiring for the low beams including fuses and the relay. Check the box for the relay. If you don't find one, chances are it is an integral component and part of a printed circuit board. If that is the case, the IPDM needs to be replaced.

Hi, thank you for the reply and information. I don't see a relay for the light switch on or around the fuse panel. I've included two images, one of the fuse panel diagram and the actual fuse panel. It appears there are two relays under the wires at the bottom of the panel that aren't visible. I attempted to replace one of them but the same results. I'm afraid it might be the IPDM which would be the actual panel with IPDM attached underneath.

Hi,

I looked at your pics and the legend doesn't even indicate the relay. That leaves the IPDM. However, before replacing it, I would recommend having the can-bus scanned to see if there is an issue specifically with the IPDM. Here is a link that explains how it's done:
