When I accelerate, if the windows are open, I can hear what sounds like an electric sound coming from the engine. I can hear the engine itself, but I also hear like that electric sound which almost sounds like something is dragging on the ground. It only lasts a few seconds during the initial acceleration, and goes away once I start to cruise. When I stop and accelerate again, I can once again hear it. Is this normal?
