As I was trying to park my car (toyota Sienna 2012) backwards into a parking lot, a prop on the road ripped open the guard and front bumper. The dealership says that I need to take the car to a body shop and get both replaced, though the front bumper from outside is intact (no scratches), though the inside hooks are broken. Is a replacement must or is there an option to repair the bumper hooks?

They can be repaired by means of plastic welding.

u are right kh my bad.god bless you will have to buy new parts.if u check i think that hook has been the same for a good 10yrs.if u have no bent metal.youll need all plastic and fillers on the front.some parts prob. will need to be painted before installation. this is do able its just removeing and installing parts.
