car sways at highway speeds feels like the wind is blowing car like a wind gust hits it does not do it all the time brought to dealer 3 times they said nothing wrong with it

This is something that cannot be easily diagnosed without any test driving and since vehicle is still under warranty, the dealer should be responsible for it.

Tell them to check through the suspension system and retorque all the links to test if any is out of specs.
