Transmission failure code P1731 and P1732

driving about 30 minutes then transmission failure waring sign came on on the dash board. then driving few mile later transmission on LIMP mode. waited for tow truck come around 1 hour later the car started running again.
using ODB pull out code P1731 and 1732. cleared these code can running fine for 25 miles then it happen again.
The more i read and it point me to Position sensor pack
part 97031708500 (not available anywhere). but from this site someone posted same problem and dealer replaced pressure sensor and solved problem.
I just wanted to confirm if it oil pressure sensor or position sensor. The position sensor came with temperature sensor.
What is the part of pressure sensor?

Hi,

I need to confirm the engine size. Is it a 3.6 or a 3.0?

I'm asking because there are several different variations to this vehicle and the codes vary as well. What I'm reading for the P1731 could indicate the line between sensor 1 and the PDK could be at fault, the PDK module, or the displacement sensor module.

Are there any other codes stored?

Take a look at the two pics below. Note what is indicated as possible faults. I need to confirm I have the correct vehicle to avoid getting you incorrect information.

Hi,

For some reason, my manuals are showing a 3.0L hybrid, a 3.6 (both turbo and non-turbo), and a 4.8L turbo. Are you located in the US?

Let me know which would be the closest to what you have. I'll try to dig into the vehicle you select to take a look at possible causes.

LOL, no problem. I had to ask if you were in the US because oftentimes, other engines are offered in different places.

Okay, the code, 1731, is specific to shift rod 1 displacement sensor. The first check will be the connection between the PDK control unit and the transmission.

Below are four pics. The first two identify the codes you have and possible issues. Pics 3 and 4 are the wiring schematic relevant to this test. You will need to check for a good connection, any evidence of wiring issues, and confirm the wiring has continuity.
