I have a 2012 Nissan Sentra and I had a slight accident. Yesterday I went over an island in the road and scraped under the car. The car drives fine and nothing is leaking but there is a rumbling noise and its slightly vibrating. When I'm driving slow or idle its a little rumble but when I'm going faster it lessens and rides smoothly as if nothing is wrong. What could be the problem?
