The battery is completely dead and where it is parked, i can only get my personal vehicle close enough to jump it with my cables. Can I use my GMC 1500 gas personal vehicle to jump start this truck? I guess what I am really asking, does the Isuzu NPR HD Gas truck run on a 12V or 24V system?

If it has a single battery , it would be 12 V.
Whatever you can still use a 12 V to jump start but only connect between one battery, let it charge up for a while and switch to the other battery before attempting to crank. Wne making this connection, make sure which terminal you connect to because if it is the forward battery, the groun cable would be connected to the cables joining the 2 batteries and it might seem like you are connecting to the positive of the 2nd battery.
