The middle information center panel goes from light to dim after hitting some bumps... Dealer says no reported problems. Can you help explain

Something is loose somewhere and you should get the dealer to check it. No reported problem does not mean there won't be a problem. It could be an isolated case and being a new vehicle, the possibilities of loose wires are high as it could be due to an assembly oversight.
