dear sir i bought a crashed dodge viper final edition. we repaired the car but engine is not working. i need to reset the engine to start it. do you know how to reset the engine cut off function

Normally this is done with a dodge scan tool. They can go into the system and reset the theft deterrent system. Do all the accessories/radio working when you turn the ignition on?

dear sir

everyting is working radio is working all lights comes on in the tachometer there are no warning signal on display only the ignition is not working..

when we push the starter button nothing happens.

the car is located in north cyprus there will be no chance to find a dodge scan tool here

If you can't get a Dodge scan tool and generic scan tools cannot work, there is nothing we can do to help you.
