Accidentally had winshield wash put into my antifreeze tank in my 2012 Chevy Traverse. Will this hurt anything being the winshield wash is mostly water??? Thanks

No, it won't hurt anything as long as it doesn't freeze in the tank and real windshield shouldn't do that.
