scratches on the front panel but not on the outside the look like 3d lines inside the paint any ideas

bought brand new black tahoe what appears to look like 3d lines in the the paint no damage repair disclosure was given to me, car only had 8 miles on it when purchaes wonder if anyone had ideas before i let them or anyone else look at it first
