Hello,

I have been running just a COBB stage 1 tune for over a year now with no prior issues until recently, anytime I now get on WOT reaching between 3,000-4,000 RPMs range, it almost is like I'm hitting a wall and it struggles to get past that 4,000 RPMs mark. I recently changed all spark plugs, disconnected my battery to reset the ECU learning, no Check Engine light and I am still pulling boost. I don't think it is a misfire issue and I am beginning to think maybe it's a tuning issue. Any thoughts?

Hi,

The idea that this happens under a load, and you do have boost, it leads me to think in two possible directions. First, have you checked to make sure the fuel pressure is within the specifications required by the tune? Also, are there any odd sounds from the exhaust that could indicate a partially plugged catalytic converter? Also, has the timing belt been replaced yet?

Let me know.

Joe
