2011 Toyota Tacoma Turn Signal Issue

My back left turn signal does not blink but my front signal does. I have replaced the bulb and I am now stuck on what to do. What could possible be the problem? Can I fix this or do I need to take my truck to a shop?

Does the front bulb flash really fast? Have you checked the socket where the new bulb was installed for corrosion or damage? Have you checked it for power?
