My revolutions seems too high and my steering seems loose, this started 3days ago

3days ago i acccidentally hit my gear into D+ (2) and as i accelerated, the car revved quite high. Immediately i heard the high reveolution i observed the gear shift and put it back in drive. Since then the revolution seems quite high. What do i do? Do i get a mechanic to tone it down? A day later my steering seemed loose, not sure if its my imagination but jus seems so.
