Power outlet (cigarette lighter) not working

We are having problem with the power outlet near the coffee cup section. It was working a while back but recently, nothing. It will not charge out Navman up but the Navman charges in the other outlet. Can you advise what we need to do to get it fixed

First check inside the power outlet to make sure nothing metal is inside like a penny or dime. Next check the fuse in the under hood PDC. AUX POWER FUSE.
