Would you know where the Onstar box is located, and how to remove/disconnect it?

Onstar has refused to sever the link with my vehicle and continues to monitor it although I have long since closed my account with them. They told me that in order to sever the link, I would have to remove/disable the Onstar equipment on the vehicle.
