I left my driver's side window open last night and it rained ... a lot. Everything on that side was soaked when I opened the door this morning, but all the power buttons, etc. seem to be working OK. Is there anything I should do besides just letting it all dry out?

I want to buy a ford escape and I already seen a escape with 140000 miles is that ok to buy that
