Rear Control Arm replacement instructions needed?

After successfully replacing the front control arms using your details, can you please provide the same for the rear control arms and link with regard to torque specs, any one-use-bolts, pro tips, etc. Please refer to the image to see the specific components I have purchased: parts 16, 18, 22.

Nice work, here are the instructions for replacing the rear control arms as you have requested. For the rear suspension they want you to lower the entire rear Sub member to do the work that is needed. Check out the images below.

Ken, thank you for the details provided. It's clear to me now replacing the lower rear control arm as a DIY project is quite intrusive and beyond my tooling. So, I will opt for a less intrusion rear suspension refresh and evaluate the ride improvement afterwards: all stock parts to be installed. Can you please provide the work instructions, pro-tips, etc., to replace the rear upper and lower lateral arms? Please reference the attachments.

They do not give that information but if you can upload images of any issue you might have I can walk you through the problems and get the problem fixed.
