2010 Toyota Van lacks power

My car is Toyota Hiace minibus 2010 model, Diesel engine and has turbo.
The problem is it has excessive smoke and lacks power when I drive it in the morning. But it looks ok when it is hot

how long have you had this vehicle? when did this problem start? have you had it in a shop lately? when a diesel is cold it smokes a little, when a diesel has a plug up fuel filter it has no power and it smokes. What kind of maintenance have you been doing on the vehicle?
