2010 Toyota Landcruiser transmission problem

i found an oil leak at bell housing hole, so I pulled out the transmission to check where it come from,& i found it in the rear crankshaft oil seal,after I replaced the oil seal & installed the transmission & my work is also done,when i test it to run the vehicle, it has no reverse & forward. so i check all the fuses,no busted. but i found
1 sensor has no current supply. My question is whats next I'm going to do?
