low compression misfire

My car have misfire for low compression in number one cylinder.
PO301 misfire. 65 psi. That happened after added Max clean injector cleaning and running for a while at the freeway.
Dealer diagnostic say I needs put a new engine on it $5,500.00.
My car run great by the check engine light coming while is stall few second after started. OBD 2 system not get active.
I put Marvel M Oil inside of combustion chamber and compression raise 100 psi and run great for one hundred and fifty miles but obd system did not get active yet.
Please I really needs you advice.

with 65 psi it may be a burnt valve or ring problem. that is why it misfires not enough compression. the thing you did may or may not cure it only time will tell.

Hello,

Adding a liquid will not help the compression for long, the head needs to come off and the valves fixed or the piston repaired. This will cost about 1500.00 to 1800.00 to get the problem fixed without a new engine. This is where you need to to some soul searching to figure out if its time for a different car or fix the one you have.
