Moonroof stuck on tilt?

My Moonroof was stuck closed. I found the re-learn procedure but only got it to the tilt position and now it will not close or anything else. Please advise.

I have had the problem on my car and found that the switch went bad. It would work one way and not the other. I got mine to work a little by tapping the switch a few times. Sometimes it would work until I got a new switch.
